I felt something different about our date.
It seemed to me, it must have been fate.

I know you have felt my pain before.
So why are you closing the door.

All I can say is that I've walked in your shoes.
Now I'm really hooked and got the blues.

I have experienced that movie in the dark.
I have even been in that park.

I do see signs but all I get is a goodbye.
You're like a drug addition and thats no lie.

Taking away someone that I need,
Is showing me nothing but greed.

I could have dealt with being a friend.
But you wanted it all to end.

You told me that you would seek legal action.
Now I'm waiting for your reaction.
