Hey You,

I've emailed you a while back but I haven't heard from you. I take it that you've decided that it's not worthwhile to you to reestablish any kind of contact with me. I'm very sorry about that.

I leave for ______ in October (I don't know when/if I'll be back) and I guess all I wanted to say to you was some kind of goodbye. I think of you often and hope you’re doing fine in this world. I want to let you know that I only have good thoughts of you and I cherish the times we've had together (my sweetest memories are of you giggling in your sleep and you singing after sex).

Maybe one day in the future we can rebuild on a friendship, it's now (and has always been) in your hands. I hope to hear from you one day. Till then, I wish you all the happiness in this world and all the best that this life has to offer.
