TWO SOCKS WORTH

Hey _____ ,

Welcome to America. We have much things and pleasantries for you. Hoping your stay here is as wonderful as is necessary.

Wishing your self was closer to here. And me and mine. oy.

But, of course, you are in CT. What is that, a contraction? Are you living laboriously in CT? Or does it mean cannot? Not very subtle, but it is somewhat descriptive of our correspondence, as in

"Come visit me"      "CT"      "OH"

I'd rather live in an exclamation than a contraction any day.

'Course you might just say OH in the middle of a contraction, which would look like

        "C OH T"

and would sound like CAUGHT (in NY, anyway)

But if you were thinking of here while in the middle of there and it came out backwards, it would sound like

         THOC!

Which is, of course, a lisper's homonym for sock (in the singular, which is like me, like I'm missing one, which is like you).

P.S.

If you don't visit me soon

I'll grow another foot

more lonesome waiting for you, and then I'll miss you two socks worth.
